Comic Vision is made by one person on nights and weekends, and offered for free. If the app has been useful to you and you’d like to help keep it going, there are a couple of optional ways to chip in — both right inside the app, on the Support screen.
Ways to support
- Tip jar — a one-time tip of whatever amount feels right. No commitment.
- Continuous support — a recurring subscription, if you’d like to back the app over time.
Both live on the Support screen in Comic Vision and are handled through the App Store, so there’s nothing to set up here on the forum.
What your support does
- Pays for the Apple Developer account, hosting for this forum, and the occasional coffee that fuels late-night bug fixes.
- Gives me more guilt-free time to work on features people have been asking for.
- Helps Comic Vision stay independent and ad-free.
What it doesn’t do
Supporting doesn’t get you priority bug fixes or hidden features. The app is the same for everyone, and bug reports and ideas from non-supporters are read just as carefully as from supporters. Please don’t feel any pressure — the fact that you’re here using the app is already meaningful.
